Returns Policies
Here's a quick run down on your rights as a consumer regarding returns policies. This is a quick guide, and does not constitute legal advice!
Receipts
You still have legal rights if you don't have a receipt, but if you don't your rights are only valid for 30 days after purchase. If you do have a receipt, however, your rights continue for up to six whole years after purchase. Up to six months after purchase the honus is on them to prove that they sold the product in a working condition, but after that you need to prove that goods were sold faulty.
- Some examples of when you can get your money back:
- A delivery date was agreed but wasn't met
- You can get cash refund for faulty goods, regardless of whether it was the manufacturers fault. You don't have to accept a voucher in exchange.
